My nephew Joe has a 70 Westy and we are working to get him on the road. He has a parts bus that needs to be taken apart. Any help will be appreciated. The main thing needing to be done is pulling the engine and maybe the trans too. Joe is going to do most of the work removing the engine so he gets the experience. We are going to guide and help if needed.

Supervisors with beer are welcome. Very Happy

The address is 1310 Moores Ford Rd. Bogart, GA. It is at the corner of Lane Creek Rd. and Moores Ford Rd. There is a small barn behind the house and that is where the buses are.

Sorry I missed it. Had to get some work done around the house Sunday.

Steve and Greg came by to lend a hand. We pulled the engine from the parts bus and put it in the test stand. It fired right up and after I reconnected the wire to the idle solenoid it idled, as well as reved nicely.

We also switched driver's doors and started removing the rear hatch. One screw refused to come out and will soon meet its new freind, Mr. Drill Bit.

Joe has already done a good amount of rust repair and we hope to have the bus moving under its own power by the end of next weekend.
