I am preparing to do the following: points, timing, coil and valve adjustment. I know the order in which the idiot book says but I wanted to get some current world take on it. What is the logical sequence for these four items? I have within 50 miles ago replaced the plugs, wires and rotor.
Here's a nice 49 for ya!

Points, condenser,coil... Then set the timing! Thats because all the former, will effect the latter!
Then do the valve adjustment after you have fired the engine back up and determined that you didn't screw up anything with the ignition system! _________________ Jake Raby
