Jon, I heard you say at Ken's that you had a mount for three wimpy little guages to mount under the dash. You really need one of those humongus tachs to mount on top of the dash with all sort of adjustments and lights. Let's get with the program!! Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Not a bad idea. Twisted Evil Yesterday Mary drove with the new engine for the first time. She really liked it..said it was easier to drive without stalling with the added power. I told her I'm already wondering what it would be like with even more power. Cool She walked away shaking her head. Very Happy

Bob, do you have an extra dash section, the one that houses the brake warning light? I do have a tach and I think that is where I might mount it. Very Happy

I have a couple extra panels. I'll check to see which ones.

Ask Beth what happened when she **tried** to drive the Blue Bug with the 3 liter..
Make her tell you :-)

MassIVe power is addicting.
It will take over your life...

My guages are mounted and the oil temp is hooked up. The cylinder head temp should be hooked up tommorrow and the oil pressure guage soon after that.

I need to come up with a good place to mount the tach. The dash panel I wanted to mount it in is too close to the outlet for the gas heater.
