I just rebuilt my headlights. now I need to align them. Does anybody know the steps to set the low beam height. I seem to remember it was somthing like.
Step 1: put car on level spot pointing at white wall 20 feet away.
Step 2: measure distance from ground to center of headlight.
Step 3: turn on lights.
Step 4: mark measured height on wall with tape under or above where headlights are currently shining.
Step 5: adjust headlights till the light on the wall is centered on the tape.
If there is a better way please tell. _________________ 1963 Beetle

Lake Jim has a headlight aiming tool set. Maybe we can talk him into bringing it this weekend. _________________ '69 Bug, 1776, dual kadrons, Web 111 cam
