Well in my haste to get my external oil filter mounted on my ghia today,I was using self-taping screws. I got it mounted and was proud of myself for the neat location and the ease of future oil filter changes. Something startedd dripping followed by a very foul order. upon investigation I realized I had ran a screw into the bottom of a dam good battery! Twisted Evil So always know what on the other side. Any body got a battery for sale?

plug the hole with JB Weld. That stuff works on anything!

I used to sell a lot of fuel tanks to folks who drilled holes under the dash on their beetles to mount gauges or radios. Not a good thing when the drill bit goes through and fuel starts spraying out all over your interior Rolling Eyes
