I finally got around to removing the fuel filter from inside the engine compartment but I haven't installed it elsewhere. I was wondering since my fuel pump has a built in filter would that be sufficent or do I still need another filter upstream? |

The fuel pump filter is all I have used on the '67 bug I maintain. I just check it periodically and have had no problems. _________________ 73 Typ481

Greg,
I run a strainer in the gas tank, a filter just off the rear hard line coming from the frame horns (accessible from behind rear driver's tire), and whatever filtration the Brazilian Brosol fuel pump has. _________________ Steve
