We went up Friday nite & the place was jumping already! I heard there had been people camping there since Tuesday. They may still be there as far as I know! It was cloudy & rainy Sunday morning, so we left. I will post the pictures in the gallery soon. Until then, you may recognize this bus!

CYW is just below Bugapaluza as far as sales go.....
It's a really good show- top 75 cars get trophies, 1000s of spectators, campers all over the place. Vendors show up early as Wednesday to get a good spot (first come, first served, except for sponsors). There's some muddy areas, but they were pretty good about spreading rocks or sawdust around to help firm up the bad spots.
Also, the drive up 441 through the national forest is spectacular. _________________ '69 Bug, 1776, dual kadrons, Web 111 cam

I drove up Saturday morning, hung around for a few hours, and made it back in time for the football game. Bad game..I shoulda stayed in Sevierville. I've always liked that show and had not been in a few years. I'm sorry that I missed you Bob.
Check out this little wagon that I saw at the show. It's made out of a ball joint beam with modified trailing arms. I want to build one of these

How was the trailing arms modified. Was the spendel welded to the arm? _________________ 1963 Beetle

Yeah, the spindle was welded to it. I wasn't wise enough to get a picture of it though. _________________ Steve
