Wiring is my favorite... air-horns are always good.
Are going to run them from the stock horn button or seperate switch?
I need to fit a new split charger to hattie if anyone is interested in how they work?

If there's room (and time) I would love to bring my '74 Thing for a clutch replacement!. (Clyde? Got clutches? it's for a dual carbed 1914)
Also got a serious vibration in the frontend (steering dampener or ball joints?) that needs attention.

I've got OE brand Chinese, Sachs, and Kennedy Stage 1 clutches in stock. I've got thing ball joints in stock too. Need a H beam press to squirt them into your arms though. Is there a place in Bethlehem that'll do this on a Sat.? (if not, I can bring them to my work, or maybe we can find a C-clamp style press to try?)
What is a split charger? I'm guessing a switch to select which battery to charge in a two battery system? James? Help?

Are they compressor run or single unit electric?
Some stock GA16 or 18 cable and crimps to fit probably all it needs. I have a good selection on hand you don't.
Are going to run just the horns? or want to switch between stock and air-horns, if so a DPST switch would required.

I have acess to a 48" heavy duty table clamp for wood projects
how strong does it need to be?

I use a 50 ton press at work for ball joints. I think a 10 ton would work. Never tried the C-clamp style press that's meant just for ball joints, but If I find one for $50 or less, I'll give one a shot. Saw one at ReTool a month ago, only I had $5 in my wallet, and never made it back. 
A regular C clamp will twist up like a pretzel doing ball joints. Thanks for trying, though

Is anyone good at front wheel alignment? in particular with lowered buses??
I was kinda able to follow the hippie book with couple of tubing push sticks and got reasonably close when Hattie stock height, but since then have had some troubles both with toe-in and vertical angle. Net result was a set tires that I had to replace due uneven wear 
My last go around it is definitely closer, but I have a feeling it's still off a little. If there is wheel aligning guru I would very interesting learning what I'm doing wrong

That's easy....you're lowering the bus.  Stock height rules! (unless you are 18 & don't know better)

The main thing is getting the link pin shims right, and then adjusting the tie rods. I've done beetles, but never a bus. Which do you think was worse, the caster or toe? Considering the price of tires, it's worth paying a pro to get the toe in right. Unfortunately, no pros will touch the link pin setup. I'm no guru, but I'll try anything

I would like to install a new rear window seal in the 71, and possibly fix a pesky exhaust leak on the bus.
and....
I promise not to go near any wheels or wheel attachment devices this year............
