I guess tomorrow I'll help Adam and do a few other things at shop. Then I'll clean up and go. We can just make Sunday Tech day. Becca will make chilli and we'll have drinks and snacks so even if you dont have anything to fix come on down and hang out. _________________ Shane Price

I'll be there sometime after 1:00. Might flush and replace my brake fluid. And I've got some used headliner material to install around my back window. Thanks in advance for opening up your shop to us, Shane! _________________ '69 Bug, 1776, dual kadrons, Web 111 cam

Sorry i did not make it.
I put the throttle cable in and for some reason it came up a little short about 1/2 inch it makes it to the carb pull but with no extra barley makes it to the lock down screw.
I have rechecked that flex hose the cable runs through to get to the tube that goes through the doghouse all is in place but it is still very short and tight full throttle at about 1/2 pedal.
I did not want to take another tech day on one of my projects.
Everybody will hate to see me come, gave it a brake dont want to wear out my welcome.
I will take the cable out again and try and see if i'm doing something wrong!
later

Its an easy fix. All you have to do is shorten the car about an inch and it should fit perfect. _________________ Shane Price
