Howdy!
Well, Christina and I have decided to sink some money into the '69 Westy to make it a family cruiser. I recently acquired an 1800 T4 engine from a buddy of mine. I took it to Shane yesterday for a looksy over and possible reseal if everything checks out.

Does anyone know (jake?) if I can use this with a DTM in a '69 camper? I guess my biggest question would be how to hang the engine. Also, what kind of carb set up? What kind of flywheel/clutch to use.

Just got the Thing back from Shane after a quick fix and am on the road to work with it this morning!!!

Look at the galleries in my site to find a 69 Bus with a DTM and a Type 4..

It works like glass.. I even have a conversion mount bar that gets the job done as a bolt in.

You'll see a surprise Sunday at my shop concerning an early bay and a type 4.. You gotta come see what its able to do!
