EDIT: if we have a spare minute, maybe we could take my distributor apart and clean it like we did the other distributor. |
We will have time Greg...no problem.
Because James will be in Bubba-bama and not at Volkstock , I will probably bring my bug for front disk brakes rather than my Westy. _________________ 73 Typ481

I'll be happy to help with the brakes, since I've already made all the mistakes on mine. _________________ 1969 Beetle

I plan on coming in the double. I hope to have the double-cab on the road by the end of the week. I am pretty sure a Chris will come by also in his rail buggy. Maybe Jon needs to have a squareback custom mudflap install tech session _________________ Give me a salad & a PBR please |

If you have never made it to any of the Volkstocks in the past, you should try to come to this one. You don't have to stay long if you don't want to. We work on VWs, swim, eat, and tell lies. (maybe drink a beer or two) Many of us stay the whole weekend, but many more just drop by.
We do all this only 20 - 30 minutes down 316 from Athens. Check out the pictures from past Volkstocks in the gallery.
If you know you are going to need parts, please call Clyde so he can bring what you need. If you aren't sure what you need, Clyde will probably have brought that too. _________________ 73 Typ481

It is, and I'll be making less profit and working harder at our local event. I love our club, but want to do it on another weekend next year? _________________ '69 Bug, 1776, dual kadrons, Web 111 cam

Yeah, we know. There is something going on every weekend. People just have to choose. Most other weekends there is football. _________________ 73 Typ481

Moving the date to the weekend of the GA-FLA game would certainly add some excitement. _________________ Jake Raby
