I just drove in to Hilton Head,SC last night. 5hrs and almost 350 miles in the bug. Made it here with no problems cruised at around 75 mph the whole way. Driving back Monday afternoon. My engine has about 4k miles on it now and so far so good. Alot better than the last one:) _________________ Shane Price

Sweet. I'm glad that you made it. That is one smooth running stocker. Those Recaros are a whole more comfortable than vinyl, springs and horsehair too! _________________ Steve

Yeah they are! Made it back Monday evening with no problem. I checked fuel milage on way back, got 31.7 mpg. I think thats about what I got on the poker run trip. So I'm happy with that. Tues morning my speedo quit on me. Idk if its the cable or what. I'll get around to checkin it soon. Other than that it's jam up. That engine does run damn good. But with my comp ratio I have to run 28 degrees max advance without vac line and I have to run 93 octane fuel or on hot days it'll ping alittle but I guess thats to be expected so I'm happy with it. As long a I run 93 its good to go. _________________ Shane Price
