Sometimes when i start my 67 beetle it cranks right off the bat,but sometimes all it does is engage the starter sol. and nothing happens.I have a new starter, switch, and battery.any suggestions? _________________ "Dream like you will live forever, and live like you will die tomorrow"

Resistance in the starter actuator wire is too high. Add in a hard start relay from a mid 70s Ford. _________________ Jake Raby

I added the relay, but found my problem was a bad terminal on the ignition wire at the sol. Thanks jake for the quick response. _________________ "Dream like you will live forever, and live like you will die tomorrow"
