The big weekend is fast approaching so do make time to buy the supplies you will need.
In general we always need plenty of paper towels, brake cleaner, hand cleaner, carb cleaner and other disposable things I can't think of right now.
Jacks and jack stands are always in high demand. Maybe a creeper or two and fans certainly help. 
Towels, swimsuits, sunscreen, snack food, beverages, etc.....

I am still planning on being there to help. You are going to need
1.two saw horses or a table
2.Masking tape
3.small Phillips screwdrivers
4.cold bottled water
5. staples and staple gun preferably stainless Steal
I will bring some of my own tools for the installation.
Read the instructions that came with your canvas If you did not received any instructions call Bus Depot and they will e-mail you a copy.
I should be there Friday afternoon after 6 M

Looking forward to having Volkstock 7 at our home in Bethlehem again this year. My number at the house is 678/425-0138 and my cell is 678/425-7465 if you need directions or get lost.
* Pizza will be served friday nite along with chips.
* Saturday is a bar-b-cue (hamburgers, dogs, beans, chips, cookies, etc.
* BYOB of course!!

We went to see what we need to get Little Jon's bug out of storage. We need Wasp spray and an air tank (to use AFTER the wasp spray works).

3. Clean out garage
4. Pool Maintenance
5. Move that darn 1948 Ford out of the garage yet again...
6. Buy beer
7. Make Banana Pudding
8. Buy Chips
9. Charge Cell Phone and Camera
10. Prep spare bathroom
11. Rent out 2 spare rooms in the house to some unexpecting Athens VW Club Member for some outrageous amount - (Still taking reservations...)
12. Friday - Log off of work early!!

It isn't looking too good for me. We need to have the chassis painted by Volkstock to do what I was planning on doing to it. They just said 40% chance of rain everyday this week on the news which means 60% of chassis being painted.  |
