Planning has started for this year’s Poker Run (or potentially new event). We are looking for some feedback. Please comment below (or send message if you’d rather) regarding the following:
1. Do you prefer that mother’s day weekend that we’ve typically used or how would a June weekend work?
2. What type route would you like, i.e., mountains, cities, etc.? Any suggested stops/routes.
3. If camping were part of this event…would you participate, just show up for the driving portion, get a hotel, or opt out completely? _________________ 1969 Beetle

Any weekend is good with me.
I have never liked the city part of the run as we get split up and can not stay in a group.
Camping I'll bring the bus, motel I'm in the buggy _________________ 73 Super

After working on my Beetle for the last five years (!) I am simply hoping to participate, whatever the format. _________________ 1965 Beetle |

1. Avoiding Mother's Day is good for Inge and I.
2. Mountains, City, thru water, etc. - (North Ga mountains are cooler in the Summer than South GA tour to Savannah)
2b. 5 stops required for POKER RUN - The purpose of the stops is to give cars a break and the people a break. - (Restrooms, refreshments near by, something to do at each stop, could be a simple as a beautiful view on the side of a mountain pass)
3. Camp or Hotel makes no difference to us. We will find a place to sleep.
Inge and I could assist Greg if you need a recon team or just a second couple to cruise to identify new possible routes. _________________ Ken & Inge
