Decided to test my powdercoating skills on a couple of bus wheels just to see how they would look....these two were the typical semi rusty wheels laying around
sandblasting these was a little more tedious and time consuming than I had hoped for....
after blasting they got a good coat of Ospho to help prevent future rusting
taped up and ready for first coat of reflective chrome powder
coated
after baking in a dedicated oven....
cardboard makes a great paint blocker for the inside....
end result.......and yes I know it's not stock color...what do ya think?
