|
|
So I took out the stove from my Westy, which left the onboard propane system still intact. I figured I could use the propane to run a small heater (little buddy etc.) to heat the bus in the colder months. I could have just used the small disposable cylinders but I like to use as much of the bus as possible. So, if any one else is looking to do the same, I've included the fittings/parts I used below.
LFA-182 3/8 flare X 1/4 MIP
LFA-732 1/4 FIP
4 ft. hose 3/8 male flare on both ends
Mr. Heater F273755 LP Cylinder Adapter 1" 20MX1/4 Adapter
So now, anything that uses the small disposable propane bottles, I can run off the big Westy tank. _________________ 1969 Beetle
