nah, havent had the chance to change those brake lines. uncle got the cancer, had surgery, was good for 3 days, now hes back in the hospital. work has been KILLER due to july 4th (13 hour days minimum). ive just been stressed and beat for the past 2 weeks. but ill be certain to dig in either saturday morning or sunday morning. i did do some more tuning on her today before work and the new fuel filter i got from pep boys backed up. so i replaced it with a plastic one from oreilys and the fuel line frayed. so it was spraying fuel on the distributer. i replaced the line and but forgot to replace the clamp and shot fuel all over the fan shroud. man it was fun! i also retimed it and the 73 (got the static timing down pat). changed the valve cover gaskets in the 73 and readjusted the valves to make sure i got everything squared away.

when i do the brakes this weekend im also going to take the carb apart and see what is in it. if it needs a rebuild im giving clyde a holler.

There ought to be gasoline in there. I've got German hose for you- it fits better than anything you'll find at your local auto parts store.
