Are there any split dur. cams that would be good for a 1776? I have a W110 just wanted to know if there is anything better. I want good midrang power . What abought straight cut gears for the street? I like the wine |

Click product search, and look at Volkswagen T1. I've got the 111 grind cam. Steve's got the 110 grind.

Thanks I am going the 110 cam. Clyde My cam bearings want work the thurst is to wide. So I will see u Monday. |

Lay a peice of fine sandpaper on a peice of glass. Then rub the thrust bearing on it in a figure 8. Use wd 40 as lube. Mic it or fit it on the cam. Repeat til you have the clearance neccessary (I think its .003 but double check the book). My rebuild book is buried presently . _________________ '69 Bug, 1776, dual kadrons, Web 111 cam
