Just got back from Target with 13 twelve packs of Coke, Diet Coke, & Sprite, and 48 waters.
Scott A- could you bring your cooler full of ice? We'll use it to replace what melts.

I'll be up Sunday around 9:00 at the latest, w/ kids. The 9 year old will be happy to help out and I am game for whatever...put me to work... Can anyone let me know how the camping is arranged? I've been to the shop and know the layout of the lot. Where is the fire on Saturday night? I am thinking about camping with the kids...

Last year David from NC brought a fire barrel and set it up in the middle of the parking lot.
I camp by the office (small area), but most set up at the right end of the lot as you drive in from the street. I get the feeling from Joey we pretty much have the run of the cul de sac this weekend?

Clyde,

Is someone handling "change" for the food/beverage sales area? You know how it goes...everyone wants to pay for $5 worth of food with a $20

We will bring another canopy and table. You can never have too many.

Jake also has a dry erase board that we can write the "menu/price list" on if needed. Just let me know so I can have him bring it home.

Clyde will have the 'change' money and the dry erase board would be a great idea. Please do bring it. Thanks.

It looks like the closer we get to the weekend, the less chance of rain there is. As a VW guy wanting a dry show, this is good. As a nurseryman who depends on rain to stimulate sales, this lack of rain is devastating. Crying or Very sad

Joe, Clyde and I are shooting to leave around 3:00pm, but it may be as late as 4:00 or 4:30. I have a guy coming by to purchase my baja bug at 1:00pm.

Things are coming together well, this should be a good show. Very Happy

Joe, I think we'll shoot for leaving Athens between 3 and 4 on Saturday. So far it's you, me, and Jon, and most likely James camping.

I ordered signs for the show today! We're gonna look real perfeshional this year!
