Take your tank over to Sim's Radiator Repair. They do a great job at sealing and restoring fuel tanks.

Clean, Seal, and Paint $125 for 10 Gal tank. They will even do small rust hole repairs.

I have seen some of the work from Sims and it is top notch. He is one of the few that will do one with the baffles. I was going to get mine done before I figured out that I have a Brazilian tin can and I can replace it for 90 bucks but if you have one of the heavy German ones, this is the way to go.
