hey i got off next sat-hooray- i would like to change out my oil pump at some point in the day, thanks clyde for bring the right tools and he new pump _________________ flat black 68 with biggies on back skinny up front- no power and i dont need wax!!!always ready for icecream !!! |

We are getting close!!!! Things are starting to come together in preparation for the event.. I have been working to tie up some loose ends in the new shop before the event..
If all the planets align we might have a good show for everyone in attendance on Saturday afternoon as there may be a Pro-Stock drag Bug on the chassis Dyno making some really big power and lots of noise!
I hope the weather holds up.. The rain is keeping me from finishing up lots of things outside, and thats pissing me off! _________________ Jake Raby

hello-jake-- i found a 1600 motor that i am going to look at thursday morning, if all goes well he will trade me a tool cart i have for it. my question is for saturday, can i bring the motor to tech day to check it out or is this something for another day, thanks scott- i guess i would be checking -leak down , ect it wont be in a car so i cant do timing but general lookover by you would be fantastic! see ya sat! _________________ flat black 68 with biggies on back skinny up front- no power and i dont need wax!!!always ready for icecream !!! |

sounds good i think i will wait till next time-i want to bring my bug with and it dont quite fit in the front seat-i got the motor today - it is a 1971 block with "past owner says" new heads-it spins over and the valves open and close-- no tin ect see ya sat - _________________ flat black 68 with biggies on back skinny up front- no power and i dont need wax!!!always ready for icecream !!! |
